Eligibility Criteria for the Equity Linked Seed Fund
To apply for the Equity Linked Seed Fund, startups must meet specific eligibility criteria. Below are the key eligibility requirements:
Private Limited Companies, LLPs, or Partnerships.
Registered for up to 10 years from the date of incorporation (DPIIT recognition preferred).
Biotech, Agriculture, Health, Energy, and Environment.
TRL 5 or above (Product must be in advanced development/testing).
Must be a for-profit business with a scalable and clear growth strategy.
